BILINGUAL SPANISH TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPS NEEDED!!! Bronx, Co-Op City
We are currently recruiting for Technical Support Representatives to work at a call center for a major Multimedia company; located in Co-Op City, the Bronx. Technical Support reps are responsible for troubleshooting cable and modem technical issues, connectivity issues, and provide excellent customer service.
The hourly pay rate is $13.75 to start! This is a full-time, temp-to perm position: 40 hrs a week. 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Over-time is available upon request. Candidates will be made permanent based on performance and attendance in 3-4 months.
Training Shift: 1:00 pm - 12:00 am (Tues., Wed. & Thurs. Off)
Work Schedule: 1:00 pm - 12:00 am (Tues., Wed. & Thurs. Off)
Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish – Fluent; Read & Write a MUST
Must have customer service experience (bank teller, ticket agent, call center)
Must have at least 60 college credits or a degree in computer technology or A+ Certification
MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE A MINIMUM OF 50 WPM (will be tested).
MUST PASS A 10-YEAR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG
Location: Bronx, Co-Op City
Compensation: $13.75/Hour
